Without sounding like an investor (I’m not), this is a brilliant new addition to the wine bar scene in the city. Run by a négociant company, it’s not actually a bar, but a wine shop with tasting facilities. All wines are stored in Enomatic tasting machines, meaning they stay fresh for around three weeks, and you buy a card that allows you to choose small samples (either 2.5cl, 5cl or 7.5cl). The range includes all first growths, and key Right Bank estates such as Ausone and La Conseillante.
