Wine tourism innovations abound at this château, where you'll find interesting things going on throughout the year, from Gourmet Weekends celebrating a local product such as foie gras to picnics in summer time. They also make the best of their location along the banks of the Garonne by holding 'Mascaret Weekends' when the river's famous wave makes an appearance. The owners behind all this are Frédéric and Fabienne Mallier, and the estate is just over 8ha, comprising around 70% Merlot. There are also a few hectares of white wine.

Useful information: Free visits daily, without appointment. English spoken. Every Monday night, a   table d'hote   is held, serving up grilled meats, seasonal food and plenty of their wine (from €25).
