One of the new breed of restaurants that is just starting to enliven the main stretch of the Pauillac waterfront. There's a terrace outside in summer, and the interior, although slightly faceless, is modern and bright. The food is far more exciting though – beautifully presented with touches like drizzled balsamic vinegar and tiny amuse-bouches. Wines are not just from Pauillac, but everything falls squarely within the Médoc borders.
