Chef Jean-Claude Bonnefans makes traditional French food with an imaginative touch, in this friendly restaurant that is making some of the most enjoyable food in this quiet part of the Médoc. A good wine list, not restricted simply to Moulis, and evenings are sometimes held with local winemakers.
