The estate, owned by Albert Bichot in Beaune, is best known for its ownership of La Moutonne, a vineyard that includes part of the grands crus of Preuses and Vaudésir, but not actually recognised as a grand cru in its own right. For tasting and purchasing, the château, set in an elegant courtyard, is one of the more impressive buildings of Chalbis.
