Jean-François Bordet took over his grandfather’s vineyards in 1998 and in 2002 built a brand new cellar, complete with a spacious tasting room. He aims for a rich style of Chablis and highlights in a tasting include Fourchaume and Chablis Vieilles Vignes. A new estate, promising well for the future. As you pass through the village, admire the exterior of the Château de Maligny which is being restored by Jean Durup, the largest vineyard owner of Chablis.
