The cooperative accounts for about a third of the total production of Chablis, with wines that are reliable and representative of the appellation. They have the largest holding of the smallest grand cru, Grenouilles, including the Château de Grenouilles. A welcoming caveau de dégustation and shop open every day; on Sunday afternoon it is often the member grape growers who man the shop.

Useful information: Open seven days a week all year except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Usual hours 09.00-12.30 and 14.00-18.00 (but no lunch break in July or August).
