Close to the river, this restaurant is a true temple to pôchouse verdunoise, a freshwater fish casserole prepared with garlic and white wine, and a speciality of Verdun sur le Doubs. They also offer a good menu of typical Burgundian dishes, beautifully prepared and served, as well as a magnificent wine list with more than 600 wines. The restaurant can arrange gastronomic evenings matching Burgundy wines and food, and holds cooking courses. The hotel has nine comfortable and well-equipped rooms. About 19km northeast of Chalon.
