Winner of the Best Sommelier in France 1993-1994, Lyonel Leconte, who worked for more than ten years with Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu, advises many top French chefs. Since 2002, thanks to his shop in Chalon-sur-Saône, the general public can share in his knowledge with more than 500 wines on display. Burgundy is marvellously represented here, as well as wines from other French and foreign regions. Tastings are regularly organised in the vaulted cellar. It would be hard to find a better ambassador of Burgundy wines!
