A well known cooperative, the Cave de Buxy produces high quality white and red wines sold at reasonable prices. Available for tasting and purchase are wines from the Côte Chalonnaise (red and white Bourgogne, Montagny, Montagny Premier Cru, Givry, Rully and Mercurey) as well as Mâconnais wines (Mâcon et Mâcon Saint-Gengoux).

Useful information: Open every day except Sunday 09.00-12.00 and 14.00-18.30 (17.30 from November to February). Guided tours at 10.00 and 16.00 in July and August. English and German spoken.
