For those who wish to take a break from French food, here is a young Japanese chef serving traditional Japanese food using local produce. Beautifully executed dishes in an old stone-walled setting with oriental touches. As many chefs have discovered, Pinot Noir marries well with Japanese cuisine and Burgundian growers have been happy to contribute to a sensational wine and sake list.

Useful information: Lunch menu €13-€16, evening menus from €16 - €79 and Teppan-yaki menu from €49. Closed Monday and Tuesday, one week in January and one week in June.
