In this region, it is always best to make an appointment for visits either by fax or email well in advance of your arrival in Burgundy, or once there you can ask your hotel to organize a tasting for you. Most Burgundy wine estates are small, and the work in the vineyards and cellars is often carried out by members of the family, so there are very few dedicated tasting room or cellar tours staff. English is often spoken but do not expect perfect fluency. Click on each of our selection below for full details of the wines offered and how to contact them.
