In a grand vaulted 18th century cellar some of the traditional dishes of the ‘cuisine bourgeoise’ such as coq au vin, foie gras de canard en salade, roasted pigeon and a handsome côte de boeuf, can be enjoyed accompanied by a fine selection of Côte de Nuits wines including older vintages. In the same building, In the same building, Le BonBistro serves traditional Burgundian fare at very reasonable prices and in a setting a bit less formal.
