As Burgundy wine estates are generally small, and the work in the vineyards and cellars is often carried out by members of the family, there are very few official tasting room or cellar visit personnel. It is therefore best to make contact by fax or email well in advance of your arrival in Burgundy, or ask your hotel to organize a tasting for you. English is often spoken but do not expect perfect fluency. Click on each of the links below for full contact details as well as a description of each recommended wine producer.
