At the northern tip of the village of Premeaux, Patrice, assisted by his son, makes wines not only from the estate’s vineyards (6.5ha) but also from vineyards under long term leases. He has a handsome list of Nuits St-Georges Premiers Crus including the Clos des Argillières, Clos St-Marc and Terres Blanches. He is also known for his elegant Chambolle Musignys, and a brilliant Bourgogne Rouge Les Bon Batons. Patrice ferments his wines at 32°C and depending on the vintage uses 50% -100% new oak. The wines are round, full-bodied, and aromatic.
Useful information: Visits by appointment - there is a tasting room and cellar tours are possible too.
