This historic Art Deco brasserie has been in continuous operation since 1925. Fond memories of dining with Jean-Marc Charles Heidsieck, who spent more time pouring his eponymous brand of Champagne into the choucroute and adjusting the flame underneath to keep it moist, than actually drinking it. Classic brasserie food and service in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
