With one Michelin star, situated on the northern edge of the Montagne de Reims, Le Grand Cerf is the only Michelin starred restaurant in Champagne where you are likely to see growers dining (as opposed to management of the big Champagne Houses). They feel comfortable here, and the cuisine has consistently been one of the finest in Champagne for many years. Exceptional list of the best Champagnes, strong on growers' wines at gentle prices, explained by Hervé, the larger than life sommelier.
