Also known as Champagne Moutard-Diligent, the quality here has really freshened up since the turn of the third millennium. This is the place to visit if you want to learn about the old grape Champagne varieties that were almost extinct until revived by the likes of Moutard. Try the Cuvée 6 Cepages, made in equal parts from six grape varieties including Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc.
