A young couple, Paul-François and Nadia, renovated this Bed & Breakfast, located on a roundabout on the outskirts of the small village of Lecci, in 2009. Lecci is just minutes from the beaches of the Porto-Vecchio region, but it’s eons away from the flashy, restaurant-du-jour world of Porto-Vecchio, one of Corsica’s trendiest vacation destinations. There are four simple rooms with private facilities and free Wi-Fi. Paul-François does the cooking for the small restaurant, while Nadia provides attentive, personalized service to diners and guests. The dishes are delicate, inventive variations of Corsican specialties, a refreshing change from the faux traditional cuisine that is found in too many of the restaurants in Corsican tourist destinations. An attractive terrace is located in the garden behind the restaurant. They have a loyal, local following, which keeps the restaurant busy even during the off-season. It’s best to book a table during the summer to avoid being disappointed.
