This restaurant perches just above the main street in the little wine village of Pupillin. Taken over a few years ago by a young couple, Samuel and Julie Richardet, in 2010 they took the gamble to extend it dramatically and it now has a large terrace, with several, inter-connecting dining rooms. Food has remained extremely good quality and value with monthly changing short menus. Service is very friendly and, as one would expect, the wine list supports a selected band of the best Pupillin growers. Ideal to join the locals for Sunday lunchtime, but do reserve.

Useful information: Menus: €16-€40. Closed Mondays all year, and Tuesdays (out of the summer season only), part of January (check to be certain). There are four chambres d'hôtes in the village if you don't want to drive after dinner - just ask the restaurant for a recommendation.
