An easy and welcoming tasting caveau to visit between Lons-le-Saunier and Château-Chalon, where you will find a very sound range that gives a good idea of all styles. If you happen to catch the very busy Alain Baud (currently head of countless regional organisations), he will give you a very patient and detailed explanation of the area’s wines. If he’s not there, make the most of tasting the wines, often of two different vintages. You can also taste a comparison between a Côtes du Jura Vin Jaune and a Château-Chalon.
Useful information: Open every day except Sundays and holidays. Closed Christmas to New Year. Groups by appointment with a charge.
