The Vidal-Dumoulin family owns and tends this very old estate (they believe over 300 years) that spreads out over 60ha between Laurens or Autignac (depending on which direction you approach from) and Cabrerolles. The quite sizeable vineyard, with its pretty contoured terraces and varied terrain rising an dfalling across the horizon, allows them to create a range of ten different wines, which you can sample in their attractively restored, stone tasting cellar located at the top of the village. Their Les Amandiers red, white and rosé Languedoc range offers great value for money, and there are occasionally older vintages available of their top cuvée Cistus (red made from barrique-aged Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan; and white from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Vermentino) and the Vieilles Vignes cuvée (Grenache and Carignan).
