This imposing modern winery, located just down the road from Château Guilhem in Malviès, has a very nice restaurant overlooking their vineyards and surrounding countryside. The menus include wines from the domaine; in the evening the higher priced menu includes half a bottle of wine and a free choice from the à la carte menu. Best wines include a barrel-fermented Maccabeo dry white and Figure Libre red made from Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon.
