Alexandre and Jean Claude Fabre’s smart bistro-style restaurant is located within the new 'wine tourism centre' attached to Florensac's co-op winery (see ‘Wine Attractions’). Specialities include local seafood from Agde market and the Bassin de Thau, or spit-roasted meats sourced from the wilds of Aveyron country. Wines are reasonably priced costing only €2 - €3 extra per bottle than in the shop next door.

Useful information: Menus: two courses €16, three courses €19. Open every lunchtime except Mondays, as well as Saturday evening and the second Friday of the month with live music.
