Possibly France’s largest scale biodynamic producer Cazes now opens a lunchtime organic tapas & wine bar for much of July and August, next to the new tasting room, shop and lounge area extending out onto an attractive patio. Other plans include an on-site holiday gîte due to be completed in 2009. Located just out of Rivesaltes town centre, it's well signposted.
