Japanese owner/chef Masashi Lijima has become the talk of the town, mixing his native cuisine with classic French in this tiny 20-seat restaurant in old-town Collioure. Expect plenty of fresh fish and seafood plus meat dishes just like the locals like it. Has many top Roussillon wines on the list and is very interested in trying to match them with his signature dishes.
