In a converted railway station, this small restaurant has carved a niche for itself with the local wine producers, providing satisfying food – such as pigeon in a sauce based on Anjou rouge, eel braised in Bonnezeaux and nougat glacé with Cointreau. The extensive wine list mainly features Anjou wines.
