Madame Claire Corabeuf assisted by her husband Bertrand has been winning awards for her foie gras for the past 20 years and deservedly. When locals bring out that old bottle of Coteaux du Layon for a special dinner, it’s often Madame Coraboeuf’s foie gras that accompanies it. The shop also offers a tempting range of non-foie gras dishes, from confit de canard to cassoulet.
