Jean-Jacques and Rémi Bonnet are the fourth generation to run the estate, which is now organically farmed. There are six different Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie cuvées going from easy, early drinking to the Prestige from old vines, which stays on its lees for more than nine months. They also make a sparkling wine called Perles de Mer – 30% Chardonnay, 70% Folle Blanche (Gros Plant) plus a Gros Plant and three Vins de pays – a Pinot Gris, Cabernet red and a rosé made from Gamay.

Useful information: Open Monday-Friday: 09.30-12.00 and 14.00-18.00; Saturday: 09.00-12.00. Groups (up to 50) by appointment.
