This dynamic estate is now the leading producer in the Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu. It is now run by Jérome Choblet as his father Luc is now in semi-retirement and concentrating on looking after the vines. They now have 110ha of vines – 80 in Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu. Their range of Muscadet comes from a number of different parcels including the Clos de la Sénaigerie, Clos de la Fine and the Fief Guérin. The vines have been handed down from father to son over five generations from 1864. They also make a range of Vins de Pays including Chardonnay, rosé and red from Gamay, as well as a sweet late picked Melon called Volupté.
