Michelle (née Blondelet) and Jean-Michel Masson are the 13th generation of their families to been involved in the vineyards of Pouilly. Domaine Masson-Blondelet was set up in 1975 when Michelle and Jean-Michel were married. They now have 20ha of vines with some in Sancerre. The complex Tradition Cullus is their top Pouilly-Fumé. It comes from old vines, is fermented in 500-litre oak barrels, and in good vintages can be aged for ten years at least. The family has a very convenient tasting-room and shop in the centre of Pouilly at the address shown.
