Run by Pierre and Christine Jacolin, this Menetou-Salon estate’s winery and tasting room is on the main road (D955 from Sancerre through to Bourges). The Jacolins have 10ha of vines from which they make a straight white, red and rosé Menetou-Salon plus the premium Cuvée des Bénédictins in both white and red. They also make crème de cassis from their own fruit.
