La Moynerie is their standard Pouilly-Fumé cuvée, while Cuvée Majorum comes from old vines. They also have two special terroir cuvées: Les Champs de Billons from the commune of Tracy and Les Bois de Saint-Andelain. Saint-Andelain is the highest part of the appellation. As part of the winery Thierry has a well set up tasting room and shop close to the A77 motorway (Exit 25).
