This is probably Touraine’s most famous charcuterie run by André and Jacques Hardouin. They are particularly known for their andouillettes and rillettes but they also have a range of patés, foie gras, boudins, hams, sausages etc. They have two shops in Vouvray – this one which is conveniently sited just by the traffic lights with the main road along the north bank of the Loire (N152) and the D47 that comes through Vouvray. The other is close by at 8 Rue de la République (Tel: 02 47 52 65 33). There is also an outlet in Tours at 70 Rue Bernard Palissy (02 47 05 12 87).
