In this typical troglodyte cave you can discover the revived art of making pommes tapées. The business was started around 20 years by Alain Lupin, who has now passed on the reins to Beatrice and François Vermeulen.
Useful information: Open from 1 April to 30 September, Tuesdays 14.00-18.00 and from Wednesday to Sunday 10.00-18.00. Other months open by appointment only.
