Now the largest individual producer in Chinon, this is a relatively recent merger between Christophe Baudry of Domaine des Perrières and Jean-Martin Dutour of Domaine du Roncée. They have around 120ha of vines and an impressive new winery at Panzoult. Their range runs from fruity wines made to drink young (Cuvée Domaine de la Perrière) through to Cuvée Coteau des Chenanceaux and the Vieilles Vignes de la Perrière that need time in bottle and age well. A Chinon Blanc and some rosé is also made. They bought Château de la Grille at the beginning of 2009.
