Initially Frédéric and Natalie made wines from their own vineyards but Frédéric has now taken over the family vineyards from his father, Jean-Paul, who in turn took over from his father in 1974. The 28ha of vines are now cultivated organically. Frédéric makes modern style reds from both Bourgueil and Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil as well as an Anjou Rouge from vineyards just to the west of Saint Nicolas. Eclipse (St-Nicolas de Bourgueil) is the top wine, while 2008 has seen the release of their first Chenin Blanc 2007 AC Saumur from vineyards in Le Puy Notre Dame and they have a rosé called Osez.
