This small bustling restaurant has been open for about 20 years now, and is run by Jean-Louis Pons and his wife Mireille, who is the chef. There is a set menu, which changes daily, with certain favourites such as aioli repeated regularly. Menu prices are inclusive of very quaffable wine. This is a haunt of many celebrities with local houses, such as Charles Aznavour. Book ahead, as the restaurant is usually crowded, even out of season. Some English spoken.

Useful information: Menus: €35-€55 including wine. Open lunchtimes Tuesday to Saturday, and Friday and Saturday evenings. Closed two weeks late February/early March.
