Situated in a street behind the marina at Bandol, this small restaurant’s tables spill out into the street during the summer – many of the streets are pedestrian only or one way – so best to park the car to explore this old part of town. Generous portions of regional food such as Pieds et Paquets (stuffed sheep trotters), stuffed vegetables, seafood and stews are accompanied by a selection of local wines, some served by the glass. (The restaurant is owned by one of the Peyraud family of Domaine Tempier, and they sometimes have some of the Tempier wines available, even if not on the menu.)
Useful information: Around €25. Can be closed at lunchtimes - best to check first.
