Located south of the massif Gros Cerveau, the vineyard is cooled by both sea breezes and the Mistral. This allows the grapes (with a high percentage of Mourvèdre) to develop great intensity of fruit and to retain elegant tannins resulting in one of the most tannic and strongest Bandol reds, but also with great elegance. Reynald Delille took over the estate from his father in 1980 and has run it along organic lines and traditional practices. There is also a restaurant at the vineyard called La Table du Vigneron (Tel: 04 94 88 36 19) with menus from €30-€55. The only wines served are from Terrebrune, but with wines available by the glass, it is possible to drink through a vertical tasting going back to 1981! The menu changes every Wednesday and booking is recommended.
Useful information: Visits and tastings Mondays - Saturdays all year from 09.00-12.30 and 14.00-18.00 (July and August to 18.30). Sundays and public holidays by appointment only.
