David Fourtout has created an amazing post-modernist winery (with two bedrooms available on a B&B basis in the towers). It's off the beaten track, but well worth the exploration. A range of top class Bergerac wines in all three colours, running from good everyday quality to superb oak-aged reds and Monbazillac.

Useful information: For visits and tastings open 09.00-12.00 and 14.00-18.00 every day except Sundays. Not much English spoken, groups by appointment, no charge for tasting.
