Difficult to find but worth the trouble. Magali Tissot and Ludovic Bonnelle farm organically and make what is undoubtedly the best Buzet, even if they sometimes have arguments with the authorities (wary perhaps of their biodynamic credentials) about the style of their wines. The chai contains some wonderful old foudres as well as some new ones which are rare these days.
