These ‘enfants terribles’ of Gaillac are fanatically devoted to the lost grape varieties of the South West. Varietal wines from Duras and Prunelard, a range of white Mauzacs from different sub-varieties of the grape, the rare Verdanel, and above all Ondenc, from which comes Vent d’Autan, one of the finest sweet white wines of France.
