A boutique butcher shop run by three siblings, Sonia, Dimitri and Daniele, in the centre of Montalcino, offering ‘only Italian’ meats and true ‘bistecca Fiorentina’ from local Chianina breed. If you are a group and interested they will organize a tasting for you of their cured meats – suggest you take along a bottle of wine to accompany your tasting! It is possible to take home an assortment vacuum packed.
