We have selected a one day itinerary around each of these beautiful towns, however, the two can be quite easily combined into a two-day trip.

Lunch at Avignonesi or back to Montepulciano for a quick ‘panino’ (sandwich and coffee) and it is well-worth visiting the historic town right up to the beautiful Piazza Grande.
