Production is overseen by one of Tuscany’s famed consultant oenologists, Niccolò d’Afflitto. Top labels include Sancta Catharina, the estate’s premium wine, which is a blend of Prugnolo Gentile, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah; and Bossona Riserva, which is a traditional, full-bodied, well-extracted Nobile di Montepulciano showing concentration and fine balance. The specially designed cellar has just been completed and is a real work of architecture. Maria Caterina is also a singer.
