Terete, founded in 1877, more or less at the same time as the wineries in the railway station quarter of Haro, has been delighting customers with its roast baby lamb cooked in a wood-fired oven ever since. An extensive wine list features the classic wineries of Haro, with older vintages available. Be sure to finish your lamb with a simple lettuce salad exquisitely dressed with oil and vinegar.
